Thor + Medivac is a very deadly combination. A thor is a very powerful unit and combined with the medivac for improved mobility. Any decent who’s capable of using this pair can wreck terror in his opponent’s base. Follow HunterStarcraft as he casts a game between Masq and Strelok.

Marines/Marauders vs Stalkers/Sentries

TotalHalibut did a great job casting this replay. Here you can see how mass marines/marauders can take out a group of stalkers/sentries without any problem.

In SC2, it’s very hard to go wrong with marines and marauders in combination. They work so well together and can fend off most attacks.

Cliff Notes:
19 Inject Larva (always do this ASAP)
19 2x Roaches
21 1x Roach
22 4x Roach
26 Overlord
PUSH OUT AROUND NOW. You can get your overlord at 25 if you prefer a more fluid production of roaches.
Continue producing roaches and inject larva.

Lots of goodies for Starcraft 2 today. In addition to the post earlier confirming there will be no LAN for Starcraft 2 we’ve got some new screenshots, skill tree and character renders. If you’ve missed the new 8 min gameplay footage, you can check it out here.

The gaming is looking quite swell and beta should be out very soon, my money is on July. There has been some rumors flying stating they’ve received beta invitation already but nothing from us. How about any of you guys?
